Yesterday we went to a mama's playdate at the pool. It was Abby's first time in a swimming pool, and she took to it like a fish. She splashed her hands and kicked her feet. The pool was great for her because it gradually slopes, and she could stand up (with assistance) in the extremely shallow part. Andy even took her in the deep end where she swam on her belly. I guess we'll have to go to the pool more often.
