swim lessons

We went for our first swim lesson this morning. We'll go everyday at 10am for two weeks. The first thing they did was fill a baby-sized watering can and the moms sprinkled the babies. I got in the pool and Abby sat on the side. Then we practiced "jumping" into the water. The babies floated on their backs, their tummies, and pushed off from the side of the poool. Well, everyone except Abby. She had a death grip on my bathing suit straps. I tried and tried to get her to hang out at arm length distance, but she clawed me until I was holding her up against me (like I carry her). Hopefully she'll get more comfortable as we go.
